Your booking agent will have advised you of the bond details applicable to your hire, as well as the $250 non-refundable sum for cancellation.
We kindly ask that reservations are paid in full (excluding bond) within 14 days.
Should you choose to cancel, your credit card will be charged the cancellation fee, or be subtracted from any refund due to you.
Please note that should you choose to cancel, or modify your booking within 48 hours of the agreed pickup date/time, no refund is given.
Should you fail to collect your camper on the agreed date/time, you will be charged for the full amount of the hire.
In the event of a mechanical breakdown, a partial refund of the hire will be given based on the number of nights the vehicle is not able to be used, up to the daily rate paid for by the hirer. In the case of breakdown related to the hirer neglecting their responsibilities, or abusing the hire vehicle, no refund is given.
